Placing an order
How do I place an order? Browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after payment is confirmed.
Can I change or cancel my order? Orders are processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible at support@amazonsalea.com. We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched.
Do you offer guest checkout? Yes. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and save your address for faster checkout next time.
Payment & pricing
How do I pay? Available payment methods are shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
What currency am I charged in? Prices are displayed and charged in the store currency shown in the header (for example INR). Your bank may apply a conversion rate if your card uses different currency.
Can I use a coupon or discount? If a valid coupon code field appears at checkout, enter your code before completing payment. Promotions cannot be applied after checkout.
Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take? Processing times and delivery estimates depend on your location and chosen shipping method. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
How do I track my order? Use the link in your shipping confirmation email or visit our Track Order page with your order number.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy? We want you to be happy with your purchase. Eligibility, time limits, and how to start a return are explained in our Refund Policy.
Who pays return shipping? Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return and our policy at the time of your request. Our team will confirm details when you contact us.
Account & orders
How do I create an account? Use the sign-up option on our site if registration is enabled. You can log in later to view order history and saved addresses.
I forgot my password. Use the password recovery link on the sign-in page. If you do not receive an email, check spam or contact support.
Can I update my shipping address? You can save addresses in your account. For an order already placed, contact us immediately — we can only change the address before dispatch.
Products & stock
Are items in stock? Product pages show availability. If an item is out of stock, you may see an option to be notified when it returns.
Do you offer warranties? Warranty terms depend on the product and manufacturer. Check the product description or contact us for specific product questions.
