Our Return Commitment
At amazonsalea, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell and want you to shop with confidence.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original components may be subject to a restocking fee or rejection.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
- Gift cards and store credits
- Digital downloads or software licenses
- Hazardous materials or perishable goods
- Items returned after the 30-day window
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at returns@amazonsalea.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the return address provided in your authorization email
- Include a copy of your order confirmation inside the package
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. amazonsalea is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Original payment method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Credit/Debit cards: May take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank
- Store credit: Available immediately upon approval for use on future orders
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged goods, etc.).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@amazonsalea.com. We will ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time for your replacement.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check your bank account or card statement again
- Contact your credit card company — processing times vary by institution
- Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay
