All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

- During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take an additional 1–2 days

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

- Standard Shipping — $5.99 flat rate (7–14 business days)
- Expedited Shipping — $14.99 (3–5 business days)
- Express Shipping — $24.99 (1–2 business days, available in select areas)
Shipping rates and availability may vary depending on your location, package weight, and selected carrier.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is shipped, not from the date of purchase. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees:
- Domestic (United States): 7–14 business days (standard)
- Canada: 10–18 business days
- United Kingdom / Europe: 12–20 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 14–25 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, and carrier delays beyond our control.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please be aware of the following when ordering internationally:
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Customs Delays: Customs clearance can add several days to delivery times. amazonsalea has no control over this process.
- Restricted Items: Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in some countries. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by:

- Logging into your account and viewing your order history
- Contacting our support team with your order number
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment confirmation is sent.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. amazonsalea is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@amazonsalea.com — we can only modify the address before the order is dispatched.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors or building management for misdelivery
- Check all exterior doors and areas where parcels are typically left
- Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before arrival
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, contact us at support@amazonsalea.com — we will file a claim and work to resolve the issue
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and contents immediately upon receipt. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
